How long does it take for carpet to dry?

Most carpets are dry within 4–6 hours with good airflow. We use professional extraction equipment that pulls out far more moisture than rental machines, so you're not stuck waiting all day.

Do you move furniture?

We move light and medium furniture as part of the visit and put it back once the carpet is clean. Very heavy or fragile pieces are worked around unless you've cleared the room ahead of time.

Can you get pet stains and odor out of carpet?

In most cases, yes — we treat down to the pad level, not just the surface. Very old, set-in stains may lighten significantly rather than disappear completely.

Do stairs and hallways cost extra?

Stairs and hallways are priced separately from standard rooms since they take more time per square foot. We'll confirm the price with you before we start.

How often should carpet be professionally cleaned?

Once every 12 months for an average household. With kids, pets or high foot traffic, every 6 months keeps traffic lanes and allergens down.
