How long until the mattress is dry enough to use?

Most mattresses are safe to sleep on the same night with good airflow. We use professional extraction that pulls out far more moisture than a rental machine.

Can you really remove dust mites and allergens?

We can't guarantee a mattress will be 100% mite-free, but extraction removes a significant amount of the dust, allergens and debris built up in the fabric — far more than vacuuming alone.

Can you get bedwetting or old stains out?

In most cases, yes, including odor. Very old, deeply set-in stains may lighten significantly rather than disappear completely — we're upfront about that before we start.

Is it safe for kids and pets to sleep on after cleaning?

Yes. We use pet- and family-safe solutions with no harsh residue left behind.

Do you clean king-size mattresses?

Yes — king-size and any mattress with heavier staining is priced at a quick on-site assessment rather than the standard starting rate.
