Every fabric reacts differently — we match the method to yours.

The wrong chemistry or too much moisture can watermark fabric or damage leather. We test first, then clean accordingly.

Fabric & linen

Deep stain & odor lift

Woven and linen-blend upholstery holds body oils, dust and odor in the weave. We use low-moisture extraction that lifts it out without soaking the cushion foam underneath.

Microfiber & synthetic blends

No watermarking, no crushed pile

Microfiber is prone to watermarking and pile crushing if it's over-wetted or agitated the wrong way. We use a lighter touch built for synthetic weaves.

Leather & pleather

Condition-safe, not soaked

Leather needs a completely different approach — wiped and conditioned, not extracted like fabric. We treat it accordingly so it doesn't dry out or crack.

Pre-treat

Stains, pet areas and cushion seams get pre-treated — cushions removed and treated separately when possible.

Deep clean

Low-moisture extraction matched to the fabric, targeting stains and odor without over-wetting the foam.

Dry & finish

Cushions are fluffed back into shape and airflow is set up so most sofas are usable again within a few hours.

How long does it take for upholstery to dry?

Most sofas are safe to sit on within 2–4 hours with good airflow. We use professional extraction that pulls out far more moisture than a rental machine, so you're not waiting all day.

Can you clean leather furniture?

Yes — leather is cleaned and conditioned differently from fabric, using products made for leather rather than water extraction. We'll tell you upfront if a piece needs a specialty leather approach.

Will cleaning remove pet stains and odor from my couch?

In most cases, yes. Pet accidents can soak into the cushion foam, so we treat at that level rather than just the surface. Very old, set-in stains may lighten significantly rather than disappear completely.

Do I need to remove the cushions myself?

No — we'll handle removable cushions as part of the visit. If cushions aren't removable, we clean them in place.

Is it safe for fabric with kids and pets around?

Yes. We use pet- and family-safe solutions with no harsh residue, so the sofa is safe to use again as soon as it's dry.
