Rugs sit loose on the floor, so dirt and moisture travel all the way through the pile into the backing and pad underneath. We test each rug before we start, then match the method to the fiber.
High-pile and shag rugs trap dust, pet hair and allergens close to the floor where you sit and kids play. We use agitation and extraction that pulls this out from the base of the pile, not just the surface.
Wool and hand-knotted rugs can react to the wrong chemistry with color bleed or fiber damage. We run a dye-stability spot test first and use wool-safe solutions on natural fibers.
Urine and other pet accidents soak past the pile into the backing, which is why the smell often comes back after a rental-machine clean. We treat at that level, not just the top of the fibers.
We check the fiber type, backing and any problem spots, and run a quick color-stability test before anything else.
A dry pass lifts loose dirt and grit sitting deep in the pile — the part a home vacuum usually can't reach.
Hot water extraction with a solution matched to the fiber, targeting stains and odor at the source.
We groom the pile back into place and set up airflow so most rugs are safe to walk on within hours.
Text us a photo of your rug and its approximate size and we'll give you a straightforward price, usually the same day — before we ever show up. See our full pricing for sofas, carpets and mattresses on the home page.
Call or text with your address, rug size and fiber if you know it — we'll tell you if you're in range and get you a price the same day.
